The actual title is "Killer Klowns From Outer Space", and I didn't think it was terrible at all. Impossible to believe that someone could conceive of and make it, OK, but terrible? No way!

Ditto on Killer Klowns from Outer Space, it's got alot of charm.
My greatest guilty pleasure would have to be 'Repo Man', that weirdo 80's movie that stars Emilio Estevez and Harry Dean Stanton. Most of my friends find it unwatchable, but I must have seen it nearly 10 times now. Has alot of great quotes, not to mention a killer punk soundtrack.
My other guilty pleasure is The Garbage Pail Kids: The movie. Such a bad story, bad acting, sub-par fx...it's why I love it. It's what I grew up on.
Oh, and 'Adventures in Babysitting'.

I have no guilty pleasures. If I like something, I do not hide my feelings for it. I am not ashamed of my tastes, and if I like something, I will stand up for it in the face of heavy opposition. Yes, even "Butterfly effect".

holy shit i forgot bring it on i think its official if she can pull of a campy cheerleading movie she should get her props, anyways i think it has more to do with the hot chicks, i find it really funny and entertaining almost heartwarming in a way
also i really liked that they had that one kid who liked punk rock and they could have so totally turned him into a characture with a mohawk and piercings and the whole bunch but he was just a wholesome intelligent guy with good taste in music

Seeing "Howard the Duck" there reminds me that I enjoy it more than I bemoan it, especially the beginning. I guess I should add that I'm still a fan of "1941" too (what a surprise?)

I will never feel guilty about liking a Carpenter/Russell movie. Big Trouble in Little China rules! As does 1941! Now, Howard the Duck and Warlock, those are perfect examples of guilty pleasures I wholeheartedly agree with.

Most of the movies mentioned above, I have no trouble enjoying.
eg. T2, Total recall, Waterworld, Howard the duck, 1941.
Why should enjoyment be analizied?
If I enjoy something, I don't ask myself why I enjoyed it, nor do I castigate myself for enjoying something.
In fact, I'm happy to have enjoyment in my life, regardless of it's source.
I think "Guilty Pleasure" is just an expression, it doesn't mean that you are actually plagued by guilt and losing sleep over the fact that you're into Rob Schneider movies. It just means that you enjoy something even though you know it's low-brow.

My guilty pleasure in movies is Mortal Kombat. It’s cheesy and the fighting is not very good, but Johnny Cage rocks! …and Christopher Lambert is too cool. It’s paced just well enough that you don’t become bored.
