Hi folks, I'm wondering if someone may be able to help me identify the title of a movie possibly early 90's

It was about a group of either school or college kids. A girl was hitting on a guy in the car on the beach but he wasn't interested. She then pulled a gun on him and they had a struggle which resulted with her apparently being shot in the head.

The guy's mates come over and see what's happened and they decide to bury her body. The guys decide that they will never speak of it or to each other again.

Several years later one of the guys appears at the home of the guy who shot the girl. By this time he was married with kids.

The guy who had come to the door stated that they had a problem and that a new road was being built where they had burried the body and they had to dig it up and move it.

Both the guys had were annoyed at each other but went to move the body. While they were digging the body out(I'm sure another guy was with them) they had an argument and the guy who had shot the girl hit the other guy with a shovel and killed him.

That's when the other guy there told him it had all been a big prank and when he continued digging he found the body they had been burried had been replaced by a dummy and that it was supposed to be the end of the prank.

The guy then tracks down the female to make sure she was still alive.

I don't remember anything else of the movie or who starred in it. It was just a superb but sick prank.

A story akin to Sorority Row, only more interesting.

But a prank? Sounds like a sustained campaign of psychological torture to me.
