Would that be The Lady Eve? And here's one for you my good man:

"I will not be threatened by a walking meatloaf!"

Can anyone get it before Mark F?...QUICK!

Yea, well you see this one? This was my dream, my wish....and it didn't come true. So I'm taking it back, I'm taking them all back.

Ya, that would be Gerry. I'm still trying to decide if I liked that movie. It was definately one of the most original films I have seen in years. We should probably go ahead and start a thread over in Drama for it. Anyway, here ya go:

"He did it on purpose...you can see it in his eyes. Excuse me...his eye!"

I'll take "The Man Who Wasn't There" for 200 Alex. Check this one out:

"That's my mother you're pissing on."

Jakal, quick!

Would that be General Custer in Little Big Man?

I have to throw in a quote that everyone knows, just because I love the quote and the movie it's in. This is just for your own enjoyment. I know it made my day yesterday when I heard a coworker say it and I just started laughing out loud.

I picked the wrong day to stop sniffin' glue!

Now, for the real quote:

hey man, names rick. Hi rick I'm nitro. Whats your real name? Nitro...but I'm working on a nickname...what do you think of this?....mike...

I'm in a comedy mood today. Not too tough, but it's a fun one.

It's Ghostbusters!!! And for you my friend...from one of the greatest movies ever:

Yeah, well you see this one? This was my dream, my wish....and it didn't come true, so i'm taking it back, i'm taking them all back.

Not challenging, but I was just listening to the theme song, so I had to.

That would be My friend, Mr. Corey Feldman, from The Goonies.

And here you go

"When I think of a man, I picture a woman, then I take away reason and accountability."

That would, of course, be Jack Nicholson's famous line from As Good as It Gets

How about this one: Rationalizations are more important than sex... Have you ever gone a whole week without one big juicy rationalization?

Is it The Big Chill?

If it is: How do you feel about the labor situation?

Is this Antz?????? I really have no clue, but I can see Woody saying this. I don't have a ready quote if I'm right and not the least bit confident this time.

No, it's something older than that.

No, it's none of those. It's older than any of those as well. And here's the quote again: How do you feel about the labor situation?

That's Sullivan's Travels. You know how I know? I PMed Ginny and asked, and she said yes. Maybe instead of throwing out a wild guess, you could PM the last poster to check if your guess is correct. Just a thought so we can keep this thread free of clutter. I know it's called "Guess the Movie Thread", but it's not "Take a Wild Guess".

I'll admit that was a hard quote, but I'm a Preston Sturges freak and have it on DVD, and I finally figured it out. I'll shut up since I know you all want to "guess" this one.
