What a coincidence, I was trying to come up with a quote too from Almodovar's Habla con Ella before I thought of the one for Office Space. Anyways yours is Todo Sobre mi Madre.

"How do you know that nothing bad won't happen?"

"I don't!"

The Royal Tenenbaums

How's about this one?
"I can walk on water, eat bullets, & sh*t ice cream!"

"I can't live the buttoned down life like all of you! I want it all: the terrifying lows, the dizzying highs, the creamy middles! Sure, I might offend a few of the blue-noses with my cocky stride and musky odor - oh, I'll never be the darling of the so-called 'City Fathers' who cluck their tongues, stroke their beards, and talk about what's to be done with this Monkey_Boy?!"

"You wanna get drunk and fool around?"

"Naked Woman, Naked Man
Where did you get that nice sun tan?"

As an avid scuba diver I can positivly ID this one... DoooohDOH. DooooohDOH. DoooohDOH

The "Oh! Help! I am soooo scared of the water..." movie. The one and original JAWS!

Now back to the quote I gave (when I incorrectly idenitified a movie...)

"Oh, look at that pooper! Spandex - it's a privelige - not a right, people."

""Symbology"? Well, now that Duffy's relinquished his King Bonehead crown, I see we have a new heir to the throne. The word I believe you're looking for is "symbolism"."

Here's a classic:

That would be Mr. Pink from Reservoir Dogs (concerning FragileKidA's one)
"I'm sure gay people have problems, too".

Good job, I wanted to especially use the pink for that one. As for yours, it is Grizzly Man.

Maybe it is too easy but I love it each time I hear it:
"Carol the waitress, Simon the fag."

As Good As It Gets

This quote came from a Canadian (Italian-Canadian) movie:

"Me? I can convert anybody. Give me an hour in the gay village and there's not gonna be a gay village no more! Hai capito?"

Finding Nemo...Again
Fragile you really love that movie, for a children's movie it is superb (I can't believe I just said that).
"This isn't going to have a happy ending"
Hint: One of the best of the '90s... Some will disagree.

Hey that is Se7en. And yes I truly love and simply adore Finding Nemo, I have seen that movie at least 65 times since it was released and I sooooo wanted it to be nominated for Best Picture. Everything from the story, writing, characters, the voices chosen for those charcters, everything is just superb. I just love Gill and altough many prefer The Incredibles, I will take the sea film any day. By the way, I think Se7en is an awesome film as well. Here is a good one from another special film:

"I didn't like the train."
"Me, neither. We'll take the bus back"
"Did you hear that? We're taking the bus back!"
