Oh I wish it had the Ursula Andress version! The dvd has both a color & B&W version of the 1935 film. The 1965 remake is out of print, sad to say. I'd love to have a two-fer of the '65 She and the '68 follow-up The Vengeance of She.

Weeeeell, I just grabbed "The Jungle Book", the new 2-disc version of "Serenity", I finally found a cheap copy of the tightest action-adventure movie ever made: "Apocalypto", I also finally found "Dr. Dolittle" in widescreen (My wife has been wanting it, but I wouldn't let her get it until I found a widescreen version. She's gonna be so surprised when she wakes up! I ain't gettin' any of the others. They became a bit too Chris Rock heavy and I just can't stand that dude's voice as a frickin' Guinea Pig! I can barely stand it as a man!), and 'The Simpsons' The Complete Sixth Season. Yes, I already have the 6th season on DVD, but it's that "Homer Head" version. At first I was gonna try to get all of the heads, but being a major impulse buyer, I bought all of the others in their regular box versions, with the exception of Season 10 because the "Bart's Head" was 5 bucks cheaper than the regular box. Sooooo, now I wanna get the head versions of 7, 8, & 9 and have the regular boxes, too! I missed out on my chance to get the regular Season 6 box for free because I threw away the order form thinking, "I'm not THAT anal.", but it turns out, I am. Next on the agenda? Grab Marge, Lisa, and Maggie and the regular box for Season 10. That should make it all right!
On Tuesday, I'm grabbin' "Planet Terror", too! I've got 25 bucks left and my 5.00 off coupon that came with "Death Proof". That should be plenty.

They should include a $25 off coupon for those who enjoyed Grindhouse enough to buy the two features seperate, in order for them to use it when the films and trailers are reunited on dvd next year.

Oh my such sinicism lol
But yes your right, without doubt the two grindhouse films will make it onto one disc or at least one set.
I just got American Werewolf In London for £3 ($6).
I JUST got "Planet Terror"and"Transformers"! WHOO-HOO!
Am I upset with the thought of a potential future "Grindhouse" Super Special Edition Release? Naw. I'da bought the theatrical version AND their respective director's cuts anyway. I'm just a tad peeved that they did it backwards 'cuz I really liked those trailers and the "missing reel" sections. It was truly unlike any other movie experience I've ever been apart of!
However, I am very upset that I was forced to choose between special features and a "prequel" DVD to "Transformers"! I HAD to choose the special features, but now I GOTTA know what's on that other friggin' disc! No, I haven't seen it, yet. But I've enjoyed every other Michael Bay film (with the exception of "Bad Boys 2". Oh man, that stunk!), so I figure the chances are good that I'll like it despite the changes he made to the characters and what-not. I mean, if I could still enjoy "X-Men" after what Bryan Singer did to 'em, then I shouldn't have too much of a problem with this. At least I better not!
Tiny sidenote: Just got through watchin' Robert Rodriguez' 10 minute film school (very informative, as always ) and at the end he mentions that his 10 minute cooking school will be on the 2-disc set of "GRINDHOUSE". So, it is true. There will be one more set of "Grindhouse" DVD's to buy! He didn't say when, though. Hopefully, it'll be out by Christmas!

I want to have a viewing party and serve actual ratatouille. (along with soup, wine, pastries, etc.)
I have seen some great movies this year but that one still might be my favorite, what can I say? I’m a sucker for things like that. Ask the other members just how much I love Finding Nemo. Sadly, I still haven’t gotten that film, though I love it so much.
Wish I could join you for that party though. If only I knew how to apparate.

Me too - Pixar just keeps creating great films that appeal to everyone, not just kids. A few of Disney's earlier films are like that too for me - my other favorite animated film is Beauty and the Beast. I wish this one would get a Best Picture nomination too.

Finding Nemo is actually the third of the three animated films I own. I love Dory - "yes, I am a natural blue" - but the whole movie is just great. Put it on your Christmas list!

Yes, that would definitely solve all my travel dilemmas. No money, no problem!

I guess I didn’t write that paragraph too well. What I meant was that sadly I haven’t gotten Ratatouille yet, I do own Finding Nemo. But I was just mentioning it since I also love it.

I just got "Live Free or Die Hard" Unrated. How come nobody has mentioned that McClane finally gets to say his ENTIRE catchphrase on DVD?! Dag-nab-it-all! It shoulda been that way from the start! It also comes with a free ticket for "Hitman". Better hurry and pick it up, the ticket expires December 12th!

Ha! Last year I bought a buddy of mine the first 6 "Star Trek" movies... and had never felt nerdier! I made a point to say, "These are for a friend."

Amuck! or as it's known in Italy, Alla Ricerca del Piacere. A giallo film I only found about recently via a soundtrack collection from Italian flicks of the '70s.
